Who here, who is with Vodacom, keeps receiving SMS's from Vodacom about some competition they are running?

Where can I go to complain about?

If it is you cant complain cause they give you a free option to opt out.

Firstly, you can start by complaining in the official spam thread

After which you can go to WASPA (If opt-out doesn't work).

You can PM the vodacom rep or you can opt out or you can phone Vodacom.

THIS IS NOT A WASP ISSUE SO COMPLAINING TO WASPA WILL BE FUTILE !!!!

Well it says so in the SMS, so if its not i guess you can complain about that.

Yes. Its is known as a reverse billed number where the network and not the user pays for it. Technically Vodacom is not paying for the number anyway.
