It's very frustrating to see how Vodacom is dealing with me when I requested to end my 24 month contract. I requested early February 2022 to convert my 24 month contract to prepaid. On 31 March 2022 my contract was migrated to prepaid. On 1 April 2022 I found out that they Debited my account with R29 for 2giga byte data. I'm now on another contract for 12months. I never requested an upgrade. Is there maybe similar cases?
