Vodacom Contract Fraudulent upgrade

Hi,

I have logged a query at Vodacom for the upgrade which was done fraudulently on my number *** *** **** on 2017-07-01,
the query is still not resolved.

I cant do anything about it. It needs to be logged with Vodacom fraud and risk.
