I dont know if this is the right platform for advice.
On 26 May 2016 i was at a Incredible Connection Store and upgrade my contract and receive a new phone.
The consultant told me that on 1 June the contract will start but went back to then at the 10th of June because it never did. So i went back to then for the 1st time and told me that they will rectify and should start the 1 July but once again never did. Went back to then for 2nd, will rectify should start 1 August. It never started. So went back to then for 3rd and 4th time. The 4th time they told me that they have no stock lost according to the system and the fault are not at their side cause they sent the upgrade details to Vodacom. It October now the contract never upgraded and i dont receive any airtime and dont pay for this phoned. According to my profile my upgrade status allow me to upgrade again and it shouldn't be. Someone or somewhere is a mistake. Please give advice.
