Vodacom Contract Questions

Hello,
I have some questions regarding a contract I just took out with a Vodashop. I think they are trying to rip me off. Firstly they say that caller ID is not included in the standard R135/m contract. WTF does that work? Its free with pre-paid!!?!? Dont they want to satisfy their contract customers more?

I wanted to place a limit on my contract but the guys says I have to wait 3 months before I can place the limit. He says that there is a R550/month limit for the first four months and only after that can I change it. I want it to be R250 because I refuse to pay more. How can they prevent me from placing a limit of a service they offer me?

And in general these cellphone operators are dodgy bastards...
 
AFAIK you get charged separately for CLI which is over and above the R135. I have TopUp R315 and CLI is an additional item on my bill. Sure, its free with prepaid but you're also paying inflated call rates on prepaid.

But it is probably more effort hiding a number than just showing it...Basically what they do is they charge you to enable something that should be standard. It just pisses me off.
