* Removed Sim Card yesterday (31 March) for 24 hours as instructed.
* Returned Sim Card today (1 April) in order to buy prepaid airtime in order to convert to prepaid.
* No migration email received for 1 contract.
* Tried to buy airtime to convert to prepaid - failed.
* Dialled out and works without airtime - indicating it is still on contract?

* Tried to login this morning on www.vodacom.co.za - "Temporarily down for maintenance/technical problems. We are performing scheduled maintenance/experiencing technical problems on the website and should be back online shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause."
* Called Cancellations this morning on 082 1958 - Hold time twenty minutes then called dropped.
* Tried to chat via vodacom.co.za. On drop down menu it states "What can we assist you with *:" Selected "Cancellations Enquiry". Lady says they do not handle cancellations enquiries.
* Called Cancellations again this afternoon on 082 1958 - Hold time more than twenty minutes then called dropped.
