Vodacom Contract

I would like to know about Vodacom Contracts. I have taken out a Vodacom Contract for the Honor x9b phone including watch and earbuds. It's been 2 weeks and Vodacom The Bridge in Port Elizabeth has not provided the watch or earbuds. Are they not in breach of contract?
