Vodacom Data Balance Error

Vodacom robbed me of 10mb!

My 3 months with Vodacom:

September: 250.0 (Threshold), 239.48 (Used Bundle), 10.52 (Remaining)

October: 510.52 (Threshold), 479.06 (Used Bundle), 31.46 (Remaining)

November: 520.94 (Threshold), 509.60 (Used Bundle), 11.34 (Remaining)

Vodacom robbed me of 10mb!

Unused data is only carried over for one month.
Vodacom use your 'fresh' data bundle before your carried-over data.
So at the end of October you lost the unused 10.52MB from September.

I think it sucks that they use the new data first. Has happened to me in the past as well. That is why I'm going to cancel my contract at when it is time. sighs...still 5 months to go!
