Vodacom there is something going on your data bundle purchase platforms. If for example you are buying R99 1gig data, at the end you ask us to confirm buying additional bundles. It like withdrawing R1000 from the ATM and the ATM ask you to withdraw additional R1000. We end up buying unnecessary bundle because of this scam. Like today I left my wifi router at home and I had to buy urgent 50mb data, i bought at the end the network asked me to confirm buying additional social media bundles and I pressed confirmed because I thought I was still finishing 50mb purchase.

This ain't Vodacom and there is no scam going on here either.. simply read the prompts and you won't end up buying additional bundles..

That is wrong they are trying to confuse clients. Many ppl are buying additional bundles by mistake. Why confirming the first bundle twice and the additional bundles doesnt

Vodascam got you buddy. You're not the first.
These pests will do anything to screw or steal from you.

Agree with @WAslayer, don't rush, read. As I say to the kids in the classes I teach, "READ, the question."

Yeah Vodacom is tricking people into buying more data bundles.

I buy the R12 for 60min all networks voice bundle quite often and the way they upsell is very sneaky.

You bought 60min for R12. Get 30min for R5. Confirm?

If you just scan through you end up confirming the additional bundle by mistake. The USSD confirmation message changes each time. Sometimes they ask confirmation twice sometimes it just buys it. They used to end the USSD after purchases but I guess the end of OOB they had to find a way to make more money.
