Vodacom Data Bundle Reset - Any one else

Checked at the weekend there was 400Meg left due to expire 1 Nov this morning it reset at 340Meg contacted 111 for help but was said because it is Prepaid they cannot help must contact 115 Data helpdesk it has been unavailable all morning. Does anyone else have the same problem?
 
Got the, "Due to unforseen circumstances our call centre is unavailable" reponse on querying the Blackberry Service support as well.
 
Good, I'm not the only one :mad:
I bought a 1GB bundle on 1 Sept. A balance enquiry 2 weeks ago said the bundle will expire 1 Nov but now it's all gone (about 500MB)!!
