Vodacom data cap issues and really big bills

Please note that we are not frustrated with going 5% over cap, it's when you go 200% or 1000% over cap. Am I making my point clear?

Less tech, not more tech please!

Eg. in the Auto industry this type of problem would call for a recall and fixing of the problem. Can't Vodacom do this? [do a campaign to ensure all helpless people has the correct settings/cap]

I.e. making a 200% HARD cap the DEFAULT setting for ALL data contracts. It would then be at the discretion of the client to request removal or adjustment of this limit.

Or is there nobody willing to suggest this? :confused:

Note that if problems are neglected, they tend to come back.

(Can't believe that Vodacom is not concerned about reputation. I can bet you this is someone high up in Vodacom's KPI! Now if we can just find this person....)

Just a extra note. Even though the VMC dashboard is not linked to our billing system and should not be used as the sole means of monitoring your usage, it can be a very handy tool in predicting where your usage is standing. But then again, it is up to the user to do this and set his monthly limit in the settings of VMC.
