Hi,
I would like to know if someone knows how to access to Vodacom backend expert, that I may be able to contact via this forum or email.
My mother in South Africa has a weird data access issue. We have narrowed it down to having something to do with the way her contract is setup. She recently moved away from a balckberry to Note 2. They added a data bundle for her, but it does not seem to want to access mobile data. Replacing her sim with someone else's Vodacom contract sim solves the data access issue, so we know it is not the phone.
We are having a really hard time convincing the low level support guys at various Vodacom shops. They are clueless and did not even think to do the sim replacement test as I have described above.
I need help. I can supply her sim# and mobile# if needed for someone to just fix her contract setup.
