Vodacom data theft

i am a pensioner and live alone. I earn money from freelance writing. Internet is paramount for me. For the past six weeks and lots of money trying to load data the data disappears within minutes. I contacted Vodacom several times but no reaction. I insist that my money be returned

I had the same issue with Vodacom since the weekend. Busy porting over to a Telkom Freeme 20 at R599 contract
