Vodacom Data usuage notification for hotspot

My inlaws got the Huawei B315s-22 from Vodacom with 20Gb of data per month on contract. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to receive data usage notifications via email? And also can you set that it stops data if the 20Gb is used up instead of using out of bundle data?

In the router interface set the limit.

Using the Hilink app you can set the data limit and use the *135# USSD string to set the out of bundle parameters.
