Just curious, anyone else had issues with vodacom billing recently? My vodacom debit order usually goes off on the 1st of the month but stopped randomly last month - which i didn't notice until now - being two months in arrears and getting warning messages on the app.
I had vodacom on the phone just now. Supposedly they had a "system glitch" last month and debit orders were stopped on several accounts. They claimed to have sent me sms's regarding the problem but I received none. After a few hoops and loops the debit order is now reinstated.
