Vodacom default user name and settings for router

Hi I upgraded the firmware on a tp link router and cant get the dongle e220 with a vodacom sim in to work anymore. the sim has a pin number. It used to work fine but I cant remember exactly what I did. I've tried no username also dial no *99# and *99***1# apn - internet. The sim does keep locking though so I'm sure its got something to do with the username as the pin is correct though its filled in under password.

edit: Forgot to actually ask if any one knows what the settings should be

In case any other noob like myself runs into the same problem I rolled back to TL-MR3420_v1_110112 and there is now an option for the pin. I see now that in the details of the later downloads its shows pin verification is now hidden but I cant bothered to upgrade again to try and find it.

To sum up there is no default username and password.
