Vodacom Direct Pathetic

Hi
Who can help me with Vodacom Direct. I have wasted several calls and the problem isn't resolved.
During calls to the number given for customer care, the phone was put down in my ear, 3 times. On contacting the RAM courier, Vodacom gave them the wrong address, wrong cellphone and home numbers for the package. It's a miracle they gave me the right "tracking" number.
Due to the wrong information, RAM send the modem back to Vodacom. Now I can't get answer when I will receive it.
I also upgraded an phone whom vodacom, which has given the right address but wrong cellphone number. So after calling RAM I gave them the right number to call me, and should be receiving it "tommorow".

Any help on how I can get information regarding the modem delivery? Call centre is or offline or after I give the order number the woman put's the phone down in my ear.

That is indeed pathetic. But it is certainly odd that this is happening because Vodacom have such superiour distribution channels which is why you need to pay a premium. Odd indeed...
