Vodacom Disappearing Airtime

My prepaid airtime is disappearing, Friday morning I had R24, Saturday R21 and now it's R18. During this time my prepaid data bundles where just below 1.5gig. I didn't made any phone calls and also didn't use the sms service. What is happening to the disappearing airtime.
 
The Vodacom Premium Subscription service is active for you, you're welcome.
 
SMS with “STOP ALL” to 30333

also login to live.vodacom.co.za and check if have any active subs.. cancel them if you have any.. take screen snip before and send to vodacom to reimburse you been subscribed without your consent
