Vodacom Double your data false advertising

I have taken up the chanse last night to load 1gb data threw the latest vodacom app as i was informed that if i purchase it threw the app i will receive double my data. I purchased it after 18:00 last night and only received the 1gb that i purchased. At 18:46 i even took a screenshot of my 1gb data on the app. Today i called the callcenter because i still didn't get my data. After almost 10 minuits on the phone with the opperator, she told me that my free 1gb data was alocated to my number at 18:36 lastnight. When i asked her gow long is it vallid, she said for 24 hours. I told her that i still didn't receive my free data and she said it expired at twelve o clock last night. That is in contradiction to vodacoms website witch states that it is valid for 30 days. Promotion is valid from 17th July 2017 till 27th October 2017.

1. Pls provide the name of the promotional offer, and a link to this offer where the terms are displayed.

2. In the interim phone Vodacom five more times and speak to 5 more operators. Each is likely to give you a different explanation, and you may find one that makes sense or solves your issue.
 
I spoke to FSC for vodacom in this area nl. Kerileng tel. +27 (82) 9980183 Who is trying to investigate. No joy yet. She is also somewhat rude towards me over the phone.
 
Which bundles qualify for the double data ? On my app it just states double data when buying one of the promo bundles
 
From what i wred in the terms and conditions it doesn't stipulate a spesific data bundel and it seems to be any data bundel purchased threw the new vodacom app. I was told that my problem woeld be sorted out and i woeld receive my extra data within 24 hours after logging the call on witch no one coeld give me a reference number. 24 hours have passed and nothing have happened. Will suposedley use excuses like 24 business hours et. Wonder what other prommisis Vodacom advertises and doesn't keep
 
After 4 day's fighting, vodacom gave me a one GB data according to there promotion. The FSC for my area admitted that there is problems on the app and the double your data promise is difficult to implement. I am still not sure if the app works and will only use it again if all the glitches are sorted out. Thanks a lot to my local vodacom shop who went all the way in getting me in contact with the FACT Keeling and thank you Keeling for sorting out this query. To Vodacom, .... please make work on your call centre personall and train them on your products. Thank you My Broadband for making our voices heard.
