Have either of you tried to call 082155 and log a fault?

your kidding right?

navigate your way through that voice prompted nonsense!

What happened to the days when you phoned, got through to a living breathing polite human being, stated your business and were promptly put directly through to the relevant department.

A bridge to far it seems these days.

If you don't log a fault how is Vodacom going to know you have a problem?

I have logged my share of calls and have in fact gotten hold of a human at the other end on each occasion. They are not always the most technical, but if you give them the correct info your problem will get escalated.

The new voice interactive systems gets met there quicker than the old system.
