Vodacom Down????

Hi,

Any one else experiencing no service on vodacom on the west rand?

I still wonder what was going on Saturday morning. I phoned support on my landline at 7am, they tested the service, and told me to go to Vodashop - which opened at 9. Arriving at the shop at Keywest they were clueless, and they couldn't even phone the support center because their lines were down The way this downtime was handled is beyond pathetic, at least the call center should've been informed!
