Vodacom e-bill being sent from a 3rd party domain?

Which rocket scientist at Vodacom decided it is a good idea to send bills from a 3rd party address, namely
Vodacom <[email protected]>?

With everybody concerned about online security, phishing etc., this is just plain dumb!

If I'm a Vodacom customer, I expect all email communication to originate from a Vodacom email adress. Full stop.

Still - if I have a contract with Vodacom I expect official communication to be from them, not from a 3rd party. Best practice really...
