Vodacom - Early upgrade

yes

Yes you can 7 days before the time , so on 23 Jan you can do it.

You can normally upgrade about 2 months before your contact expiry. Mine is in February, so I could upgrade 21 of Dec. I went in to Vodashop on the 15th of December to ask if I could already upgrade because my phone is falling apart, and they said no problem ;)

3 months before your contract term date actually :-)

****! Now you tell me! I've been dragging a dilapidated phone with me for a month too long! :( :o

Ooopsie daisy. You should have been getting upgrade SMS's and MMS's from Vodacom informing you that you are due for your upgrade though :-)

We have two dates on the system that we advise clients on. Below is a real example:

Contract Term 2012-12-17
Upgrade Date 2012-09-18

Hi Ocleroux

Do you mind checking when is the earliest I can get an upgrade? Went to cellucity and was told the earliest is 08/01/11 and they wont budge on the date.

Hallo slootvreter, Vodacom told me that I can upgrade on the 29th of April, as my contract can be renewed on the 5th of May, which is 2 months prior to my contract expiry. But I see you mentioned that you can upgrade 3 months before your contract end date, WHY does Vodacom tell me it is NOT so?

Maybe Vodacom said no because you just necro'd a thread?
Unless Vodacom changed it, it would still be three months.
