vodacom early upgrade

Hi,

I am due for an upgrade 22 July and my contract is R525+ a month. So I do not technically qualify for an early upgrade.

My current phone is f$#@&d and I do not want to pay R2000+ to fix my current phone, because I can upgrade so soon.*

I have called 082 1959 about 3 times and went to a branch with no success as yet. Is there anything else I can do?

I have 3 contracts with them. I cant believe they are so unhelpful.

Hello gustav. Unfortunately 0821959 has got the last say basically. The dealers cant overide the system to generate a quote. Do you not have a spare phone lying around that you can maybe just use in the meantime?

Yea but i run everything through my android. maybe someone here knows someone. haha.

It is unbelievable how unhelpful vodacom can be
