Vodacom explains problems with iPhone messages

Numerous Vodacom customers have in recent days complained that they were unable to activate Apple's popular iMessage and FaceTime services on their iPhones.
Probably time for an update/rerun on this article. Been having the issue for a while now, and I don't even know where to raise a ticket for Vodacom to look at the problem... and in the meantime they bill me R1.74 for every attempt.

Or does MyBroadband have a contact that can assist?

Well my iMessage stopped working again and my Vodacom number won’t activate. I tried everything and nothing worked. Does anyone have any advice for me?
