Hi, I need advice:
I would like to connect two offices (Durban and Umhlanga)
I would like to run VOIP for in and outgoing calls
I need at least one breakout
I’m a business with moderate data use (Videoconferencing and reading large data sets from remote servers)
Primarily need VERY reliable VOIP
Stable data connectivity also helps
Operating hours are regular business hours

Provider has suggested:
Vodacom Business Uncapped Fibre 5mbps (Umhlanga) and Vodacom Business Uncapped Wireless 10mbps (Durban, no fibre in our area yet)
MikroTik router to have dedicated bandwidth for voice
LTE as fail-over
Well keep our fax lines
Any comments? Are they making enough provisions. Do I more bandwidth? Should I look at Telkom instead?

Have you looked at Ethekwini Metroconnect, their fibre pricing is well placed and extremely cheap in comparison, and they should be able to service both the areas that you mentioned above. I know vox sells ethekwini metroconnect fibre. You can run it point to point aswell.
