Vodacom Fibre promo

Hi I came across this deal on Vodacoms site. However when I contacted their call center, the sales team claimed there is a once off fee for the router and installation contrary to what the advert states. Also there is no mention of a cancellation penalty/period ect.

I am looking at the month to month 200gb 20/20 option. Does anyone have any experience with this deal?

Call centre people are stupid. That's why they work in a call centre. Probably talking about their own fibre network, not vuma.

Those are Vodacom data packages offered on Vuma's infrastructure. You also get a router from Vodacom which is all but completely locked down.

Avoid; there are a plethora of ISP-options available on Vuma. 20/20 uncapped for under R830, some as low as R730.

Vodacom came to me last year around October time, asking do i want fiber. I signed the documents and stuff and to this day, I haven't seen a single pole being put up in my area. how long does it usually take for them to start putting up the poles? Tired of my crappy 2meg line

Stay away I tried to activate the LTE sim card from 21 Dec and today no result, this is for the promo of LTE free for 1 month before fiber, this company do realy underperform always wait 48 hours to resolve problem, in the past ir was 24 jours
