I have asked this question on that useless Vodacom website ("Contact us") for a while now, but as with all queries they seem to dissappear into a dark hole - no responce.
Note: Vodacom must have the worst online presense of any ICT company in SA.
Anyway - do any of you know if one can upgrade your handset (finance it) before your 2 year contract is over?
I have a year let on my contract and I need a new phone. What are my options (apart from waiting another year for my contract to run out or Vodacom to eventually appoint someone to manage/respond to their "Contact Us" page)...?
