Hi Ladies and Gents

So, this has been my first month on Vodacom Fibre. Can anyone tell me when the FUP resets? I had a look on the usage tracking website this morning and it states I have 1GB of the 500GB left. I was under the impression it resets on the 1st of every month?

It should reset on the 1st. Mine does, possible the reset has not yet reflected on the site. If it still hasn't reset you can always call them on 082 1904, it's free from a Vodacom cellphone. Just have your Solution ID ready so they can check it for you.

You can also use the Vodacom Fibre app on your phone to check, but yes, it does reset on the 1st.

Unless I am reading that wrong, it states that you have almost 500GB left of your 500GB? It says available? Or is their site a little backwards?

Nah its actually easy to miss! They need to work on that wording a bit. At least you have cap !
