Vodacom. How accurate is your data usage...uhm, measuring?

I recently noticed some discrepancy in my data usage or should I say Vodacom's data measuring. When I buy a data bundle that is valid for thirty days, say 5 GB for example, I can download/stream more or less that. I know it won't be 100% accurate for various reasons but you sort of get what you pay for.

However. When I buy the "power bundle" that is very good value for money and valid until midnight, I get roughly 15% less data. So 5GB only lasts for 4.5GB of viewing pleasure, at best.

So I guess my first question is, what's going on Vodacom. How accurate is your measuring? Are the power bundles inflated?

Yes, its completely FUBAR. I've tried several times to point it out to them, they don't seem terribly concerned.
So, I took some screenshots, my data usage hasn't changed in the last two days. Showing 485.53MB of 600MB used.
I deliberately used my phones data to prove it, I easily consumed over 10MB.

Also, it doesnt show the correct values, so my 3G data card shows things like 651.3MB of 651.3MB remaining... Instead of 651.3MB of 2GB remaining.
There are at least two separate issues, but again, they aren't interested in resolving them...

I would love to hear if Jannie has an opinion on this, but I missed his AMA thread. Can we lay complaints somewhere to have it properly investigated?
