So Vodacom contacted me and wanted to sell me a contract and i refused and said i am interested in the R199 20 gig deal only.
I told them i'l only be happy with that deal if i upgrade. The consultant first said no this cannot be done because im not within the upgrade period. So i thought fine but 30 minutes the consultant calls me and said it can be done at R199. I thought wow awesome but it was actually all a lie!
I check my bill on the app and contacted support and says i will be charged R399 for 20gigs instead of R199 i know they have this promotion as well because my wife has got the deal.
When i specifically told the consultant I only want that upgrade if its R199. I logged a call stating that my matter will be escalated and someone will call me back however yesterday i missed the call and this morning i get an sms.
that says "Good day your reversal not done , due to technical error , I have escalated the matter to our I.T department to assist" so i thought ok it happends but now I get a second sms stating " Dear vodacom customer we trust you enjoyed the service experience and your query has been closed. We value your loyal support"
