I am buying a house and had to find out yesterday that my credit score is low because according to vodacom I did not pay for two months...... I am fully paid never missed a payment. How on earth does this happen. I send all my evidence to customer care and send an email to the MD .... no response!!!! I also received a new cellphone two months ago and the charger exploded with the cell and all they did was send a new charger. The bedroom carpet and bed caught fire....

Vodacom are playing with peoples lives and they cannot even apologies.

Useless going to them after the fact. They won't fix your credit record but you can ascertain what happened for it not to occur again.

Companies like Experian use accounts like Vodacom using your ID Number to run Credit Checks, they link to this website.
Run your own Free Credit Check there.
Warning, it will involve using your Cell Number to get a pin, at this point I clicked off myself.
