What is wrong with companies in South Africa? I thought it was only Telkom but everywhere I go and deal with companies service is sub par and they are trying to steal your money and no regulator or any one does anything??
I bought a 1GB data bundle one day before the expiry of my previous one as I do every month only this time they have found a way to do me in because the price of the bundle has changed (which I have no control over - see image attached).
To get to the terms and conditions and understand it you already have to hire a PI to find out and explain to you how it works.
