Worst service, ever. My Fibre was installed a week ago. A few days in - I realized that there were issues with my Router, I couldn't connect more than one device at a time.
I logged a call with their service desk. Two days later the call was closed without feedback.
I had the call reopened and explained the issue again. I was asked to send them more information per email and to expect a phonecall.
The call was just closed.
I phoned their accounts department and was told that I would still need to pay 30 days notice. I've not even used their service yet.
Honestly - the most shoddy service I have ever received from a service provider.
 
Yes. You have the opportunity to share in his frustration. ;)
No thanks, I had enough disappointments last week and still continuing. If I were to make a thread for each one I would need my own sub section. Do you want to share in them?
 
Oh. It gets better. After I received the notification - I tested it. The moment this flimsy router had two connections - It failed again.
Called their customer care and cancelled. Just now tested it again.
No issues.
I mean - WTF?

Blame it on Murphy's Law. Glad you got it working. :)
