So, my wife (educator) started at a new school in January.
Previous company paid for her cellphone contract. As the current school does not she started the process of changing the contract to her name.
She had to get a letter from the executive head (which includes ID number, full names and a copy of his ID attached) stating it was all above board. The documents also included a copy of her ID and proof of address.
She went to follow up with Vodacom. They have no documentation and the system states that nothing has been change on the contract.
They have now lost sensitive information. Has someone had this experience with Vodacom or another service provider?
Thank you.
