Vodacom Loyalty Voice balance

I notice on the Vodacom site that I have 60 free minutes available under the heading "Loyalty Voice balance"

Could not find any info on their website.

Does anybody know how you earn them and what is the T&C's ?

After a long process with Vodacom Customer service, I finally have the answer for this. Vodacom provides you with a "Loyalty Voice Balance" of 60 Min valid for a certain time period after recharging. These minutes can however only be used between 12:00am and 05:00am as the free minutes are part of the Nightshift promotion which became popular among prepaid clients.

After advising Vodacom that they need to change the description to minimise client confusion, nothing have come of it.

So in other words, I get one hour's free minutes during the unholy hours of night to phone someone up and annoy the s*^t out of them between midnight and 5am... Who decided this was a good idea?
