Vodacom LTE Problem

I've recently moved from contract to prepaid and I now don't have LTE. when I contacted Vodacom, they told me they've reactivated it but still nothing. How long does it take to have it working again? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. This Edge speed is driving me insane.

good luck! i had the same issue and numerous calls to VC and being told that its "activated" resulted in 3G still with no change. It has taken me since March to get this sorted out. Maybe try contacting Ockie about this. He was the only one that was able to sort this out. Keep in mind he is really busy so dont expect and immediate response from him
