Is it possible to purchase these if you run out?

Vodacom phoned and recommended I go from my current Smart L to Smart L+, so I started checking my history to see what I actually do ... It's mainly data (2GB+)

Vodacom contacts still appear to be from the 90s and are totally unbalanced (I thought they'd update by now!) with regards to minutes and data.

You either get very little data and high minutes, or high data and very few minutes.

So my thought was maybe the manage that gives 6GB / 75 minutes and add minute if I need?

PS Vodacom the best would be a custom package. This has been suggested many times and I'm unsure why you don't just do it

What I do for my corportate clients when I upgrade a number for them is I go into the number and check the itemized billing for the last three billed months. I then check the average minute usage per month, and also the the average data usage per month.

I then check what package will cater for the their minute usage. This is the main deciding factor as with minutes, you cant really bolt on another voice minute bundle. With data you can. So once I find the pakcage that will cater for minute usage, if the data usage is higher than the included data bundle in that package I recommend a add on bolt on data bundle which together with the data bundle that comes with the data package will cover the average usage.

Sometimes what will happen though with corporate (not sure about the individual deals) is that if you take the above method, and add the cost of the deal (package + phone cost) + the add on data monthly bundle and compare it to a higher package that will give you more minutes and also more data with the same phone then it almost works out the same, so then I give both options to the client, but recommend going for the higher package @ relatively the same cost.

I think he did the same, but didn't give my average minutes used ... that would be very useful.

If I migrate from Smart L to one those Datamore 6GB - do I keep my minutes at least?
