Night owl not available to topup

Why is the night owl data not available on the topup contracts. why must it be a normal contract. is this to get your ass kicked by the OOB shark???

so why can celllc do this and not codacom. i see this is an old problem and alost a year ago it was said that they are working on it.

Because Cell-C have their own systems and don't run on Vodacom's?
I think Cell-C's systems are also relatively new (2010/2011).

I'm seriously annoyed with vodacom. Who is the best person to contact with complaints?

Long story short... ish...

I decided to stick with VC for another 24 months because I thought the data sim feature would be usefull (I have other devices that can share the data). The only limitation to data sims mentioned on the website is that you have to be a voice or data contract subscriber.

So because VC had no iPhone stock I went and bought one cash.. walked into the vodacom shop only to be told that the data sim service is not available on my contract... this bit of information conveniently didn't make it onto the website.

So, I gave up corporate discount from MTN so that I could stick with VC, went and payed R7000 for a new phone - because VC had no stock in cape town - all for this stupid data sim that they falsely advertised as being available.

Any ideas what I could do now?

Easy fix.
Change your contract for Top 315 to Smart M, R16 cheaper, 120 minutes, 300MB dat, 300 SMS.
Ask for a limit lock.
Add all the data sims you need.
Then just maintain your spend.
