Vodacom missing data

Anyone here having these issues?
My facebook wall is flooded with people complaining about data missing.

My sister as well, by the 5th all her data had vanished.

Would be interested to hear any others having issues.

i had the same issue on wed - i had approx 1.5 gb available, gone in a minute or so when i started receiving messages about you low on data, then i had no data?

i topped up with 500mb R99 on fnb - created hotspot joined laptop - opened teamviewer - got another sms - data depleted ???

topped up with another 500mb and had it since...

this is apparantly a vodacom problem just now sure where to complain - the more you complain then they will do something about it

just dont know where

Thank god I left these guys, they were discussing this on 702 this morning, Aki and the presenter.
Seems like Aki really doesnt want to offend VC , even the presenter said he was being to kind to them

I bought data end of june as my data ran out.. needed a top of data, used their special 250MB for R25 for 7 days.. activated it and more than a week, no data.. eventually went to vodacon, they logged it for investigation as i was billed but did not receive the data. They concluded their investigation and says all is in order... But out of curtosy they giving me 500MB data for 30 days.. WTF!!!

Not complaining about the 500MB data, but how did conclude that all is in order when i didnt receive an sms to say data has been activated
