Any idea where i could get cell reception boosters for MTN and Vodacom? These are needed to be used to boost Voice and not data signal. Please advise

Will these work for cellular voice signal as well?
I have found some boosters on many online websites but they state "Boosts data signal only"
The antennas are needed to boost voice signal to many cellphones in a household
