Vodacom network display

Recently my motorola v8 displays the vodacom network as "Vodacom (Pty) Ltd" while my Nokia just says the normal "VodaCom" .The motorola used to display as "VodaCom-SA"

Each phone has an internal list of codes which it translates to network names. Obviously it depends on how the manufacturer/software setterupper enters it. On some phones, you can look at and edit this list. It is very long. That is all.
