Well as long as it comes with a 2yr warranty Its a safe buy, but if it dont work on any network for whatever reason, then go to exactmobile and scream their ass off!

Theres a store I know off thats selling them too, the thing is AFAIK the phones not tested on any network at the moment, and the new HSDPA specs need to be supported for th phone to work .... but then again Nokio symbians dont work hahahaha!
