I was with Vodacom Fiber and when my contract ended moved to Open Serve now wanna use my Nokia Router from Vodacom as a WiFi extender, but darn thing is locked and the username and password that come with it is only able to make changes for the SSID. I have factory reset it but still all the options that I need are greyed out can't change them and Vodacom never wanted to help even when I asked them to assist me with getting access so that I could use the VOIP functionality refused and said only way to assist me was that I port my number with them.
