I hope a Vodacom rep can please answer this. Via twitter you guys claim that the update is out for Lumia 800, but yet many people are still not getting it. Also MTN was able to push the update last week already.Please explain what the heck is going on?

The ball is now in your court and I know that you will be a worthy opponent but after all the said done acts. When (Date and time) will this update be released by Vodacom? I am of the view that Nokia RSA have done their duty in this regard. This is not the Vodacom I am uses to Jannie.

I've spoken to the guys doing the software testing and according to them they've not yet received it from Nokia. Busy following up.
Tnx Jannie just trying establish the facts as to why no update yet for the sake of transparancy in view of all the hot air being generated by the lack of any updates. Dankie en geen probleme "ou kérel",lekker naweek daai ent en dankie vir die goeie en moeilike taak.
