Last year I have placed and order with Vodacom for Fiber. Part of the contract was that I will get a T.V and Xbox. However when they came to deliver the t.v there was no xbox. Only to find out their system never trigger the order for the xbox. So on the 14th of September 2018 they created a manual order for the xbox. Since then they still did not deliver it. It has been almost 8 months now since I have been waiting. Every week I have to phone for an update with an new excuse every time. Their back of never bother to phone you back and the poor front office staff have to deal with the customers they dont even phone back. I had it with Vodacom. Their service is really bad and I will not recommend using them as a service provider. After 11 years of being a customer with them it ia time to change. They where very quick to approve me for R1600 fiber deal but cannot approve me for a Cell phone contract.
