Vodacom Number Deleted

My Vodacom number was deleted from the Vodacom system on Wednesday night. I suspect it has something to do with the port/upgrade of the line to Autopage in December. At the moment Vodacom is refering me to Autopage and Autopage to Vodacom. Autopage call centre indicate that all their Vodacom lines were transferred to Vodacom.

Any advice how to reactivate the number seeing that it is a business number.
 
Perfect opportunity to cancel and change to a different service provider.
They have broken the contract.

All Vodacom Autopage numbers were migrated to Vodacom billing system. PM me the number and I will try and see what is going on there.
 
Hi Ockie Just an update. The line is still not reactivated. I will check tomorrow morning again. May be the new month will bring some luck.
 
Hi Ockie, Vodacom deleted my number of over 30 years, the number has not been recycled. What options do i have?

Thank you Ockie for coming back to me, Vodacom gave me my number back. It was deleted 4 months ago and fortunately it was not recycled. The team was awesome, my issue was resolved in under 24 hours. They have a customer for life in me and my family....go VODACOM!!!
 
Good day all, Vodacom has deleted my number and the Agents say that there is no way to get it back, i seen that u guys have had some level of succes to het it back please help

Hi Ockie, can you help or at least give me some advice, They have deleted 4 numbers on my account, i however only need access to 2 of them with urgency

@Ockie Please please help, my husband is having the same problem and he's had the number for about 20 years as well. We went under the advisement and reassurance of a Vodacom employee and they seemed to have messed this up. Desperate.
