I have applied for a contract online.
Actually, I applied for 3 contracts. They rejected the other 2 because they say that there is a contract application pending.

I submitted the documents more than a month ago , and keep having to follow up.

To give you a timeline:

Contract applied for , and request for documents : 1 day
Documents provided by me: 2 days
Follow up after 1 week: no response
Follow up after 2 weeks , with escalation threat : immediate response, asking for more documents
More documents provided by me: 3 days
Follow up after 1 week : no response
Follow up after 2 weeks: immediate response with call. Nothing resolved. Got told the contracts I applied for are no longer available

The only time I get a response from the consultant is when I threaten with escalation. Then they respond.

Would anyone know who to contact regarding this , as it's getting past ridiculous at this stage.

All my requests to escalate the issue now are being ignored.

Did you manage to get sorted?
No. I was going to call again and ask for a supervisor when I have time.

I have already switched some of my Sims to MTN. And I have 2 overseas users who use R500+ a month on Vodacom prepaid (on my myvodacom) account I have switched away from Vodacom as well.

So this stupidity has cost them in excess of R1200 a month already.

We have a digital media project that has about 300 Sims. My preferred network was Vodacom, not anymore.

Vodacom Is literally putting me and my 2 year old daughter on the streets. They surprised me with a R50 000 data bill and are not willing to discount even a little bit. Not once did I receive an sms saying my bill was that high. If I have to pay this bill we will not be able to afford o put food on the able for the next 6 months let alone pay the rent. we will quite literally have to go live under a bridge. Does anyone know what I can do? I am desperate.
