Hi Guys,

i have just been informed that my account has been upgraded to platinum status. Can anyone maybe share some light as to what the benefits of Platinum Status are?

Your itemized billing is R1 cheaper. hehe

Just kidding! Would love to know what that gives you....
 
No i dont... They grant you the status if your speed is over a certain number... so i am hoping some of the ISP guys on here will be able to assist?

i do know that i get a different call centre - no more waiting, can upgrade every 6 months or 12 months...

Thats all i know

Everything should be in the book you received.
Yearly upgrades and a few things here and there is what it consists of.
To become platinum you average spend should be R2500 per line with a clean credit record.
 
MTN offer the same programme called "Yello Genie" with upgrade every year.
 
Yes. I belive you have to spend R2500 a month over the standard monthly contract charge or something mad like that.

You get an upgrade every year, so lots of new phones in your future :-)
 
Get an average spend of R5000 and you can get ANYTHING you want!!
Even more phones than me!:o
 
These days if you running your own business.... it is not very hard to have an average spend of R4000 / R5000 a month! Especially if you are using data on your account too!

My Bills are in the region of R6500 - R8000.... tell me more? what do i need to do? :D
