Vodacom please help

Hi there

I upgraded and got my Galaxy S4 active last monday.

This morning its giving me a message that it is not registered on the network.

I called vodacom customer care and they were unable to assist me. In fact the guy said pull out your battery and it should work. But its not working.

I tried to register on the network again by going into setting and it says its unable to register on network try again later. I have tried 3 times.

What should i do?
 
Has your Sim been RICA'ed successfully? That might be the problem. If that isn't the case, and things aren't up and running within 24 hours of getting it, I suggest you go back to the Vodashop where you bought the phone and work things out with them there.
 
I went to vodaworld and it turns out my lte line was deactivated or something.

still a bit confused cause i had 4g signal this morning before my phone stopped working.

but thank you to the guy at vodaworld for fixing it
